Our Property Services division delivers comprehensive exterior inspections for residential and commercial vacant properties using a combination of advanced drone technology and specialized ground-based equipment.
Aerial assessments capture high-resolution imagery to evaluate roofing, façades, and structural conditions, while ground inspections help identify issues such as animal intrusion, vandalism, vegetation overgrowth, foundation concerns, and other factors that may compromise the site.We also evaluate and document any unsafe conditions that could pose risks to future occupants, maintenance crews, or contractors.
As an OSHA 30–certified company, we maintain strict safety standards throughout every inspection. All of our drone pilots are FAA certified with extensive experience in all aspects of inspection operations. Pittsburgh Drone Services is a fully commercially insured company, providing clients with protection, professionalism, and confidence on every project.
Following each assessment, we prepare a detailed workflow report and analysis outlining our findings, recommended actions, and prioritized steps, giving property owners, managers, and investors a clear and actionable understanding of the property’s current state.

GeoSpatial Intelligence
We provide professional drone mapping and geospatial intelligence services for residential, commercial, and municipal projects.
Using high-resolution aerial and ground imagery and advanced photogrammetry techniques, we can capture precise data that can be processed into orthomosaic maps, 3D models, and detailed site measurements.
These deliverables support property assessment, construction monitoring, infrastructure inspection, and land analysis, allowing stakeholders to visualize conditions, track changes over time, and make informed decisions with accurate geospatial data.
